Nonprofit Marketing & Educational Communications
Rainforest Partnership brochure
I designed a double-sided, tri-fold brochure introducing the organization and providing an overview of its mission and projects. The brochure served as an accessible introduction to Rainforest Partnership and their work with rainforest communities.
Focus: Print Design • Information Hierarchy • Nonprofit Communications
Making a Basket
Rainforest Partnership worked with women in Chipaota, Peru, to develop handicrafts and utensils from non-timber forest products using indigenous methods.
I designed an instructional poster that visually communicates the process of making a basket, helping translate a multistep traditional process into a clear and accessible visual format.
Focus: Educational Design • Information Design • Visual Storytelling
Take a Breath, Thank a Rainforest
Take a Breath, Thank a Rainforest was a fundraising campaign with a goal of raising $50,000 to benefit 108 families across three rainforest communities in Ecuador and Peru.
I created campaign materials that supported awareness and fundraising efforts while connecting the organization's conservation mission to the everyday benefits rainforests provide.
Focus: Campaign Design • Fundraising Communications • Nonprofit Marketing
During my internship with Rainforest Partnership, I created a variety of marketing and educational materials that supported the organization's mission to partner with rainforest communities and promote sustainable alternatives to deforestation.
The following work highlights three different approaches to visual communication: explaining a traditional process, communicating an organization's mission, and supporting a fundraising campaign.
